By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Terms of Purchase
These terms establish the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints about the products offered on www.magbago.com. These pages can be used for your private use without any charges under the following terms and conditions.
The seller is the limited liability company “Magbago DOO” Bijeljina, and the buyer is a visitor to these pages who completes an electronic order form, sends it to the seller, and makes a payment via credit card or bank transfer.
Ordering
The buyer orders products via an electronic order form available with each product on the site. A buyer is any person who electronically orders at least one product, completes the required information, sends the order, and makes a payment via credit card or bank transfer. All prices are expressed in EURO (EUR) including VAT.
Payment
Ordered products are paid online using one of the credit cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, or Visa. Payment is also possible through an online order form and payment to a bank account via direct bank transfer.
After Order Confirmation
Ordered products are rarely in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Magbago clothing is made to order, produced, packaged, and sent to the buyer’s address after the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Ordered products are produced and then packaged to avoid damage during normal handling. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the shipment’s condition and report any damage to the seller. The seller disclaims any responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
If the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notification within the expected time, they should inform the seller to take steps to locate the shipment. If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods, the seller has the right to request reimbursement for all delivery-related costs.
The seller commits to starting the production process upon receiving confirmation of the online transaction and to shipping to the buyer within 14 business days. After the delivery company receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the delivery process and any delays.
If the buyer opts for personal pickup, they must collect the goods within 14 days from the seller’s notification of production completion.
Magbago clothing is delivered to the address specified in the order. Unless otherwise defined, delivery within Bosnia and Herzegovina is free of charge.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
All orders delivered inside of the European Union or rest of the world may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duties, which you (the purchaser) are responsible for paying. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are added on top of your purchase amount. Shipping costs can vary depending on the shipping address you have selected.
COMPLAINTS
In case of a defective product, the seller takes full responsibility. The buyer must report the defect within 4 business days and return the product by mail with a delivery note. The seller will correct the defect or send a new product within 14 business days. The buyer cannot request a refund but only the correction of the defect or a replacement product.
The seller is not responsible for any damages or other obligations within the delivery company’s domain. If the buyer cannot receive the product due to technical issues not related to the seller, the seller is not obligated to enable additional collection or delivery without charge.
The buyer must collect the product within 5 business days; otherwise, they forfeit the right to receive the product, even if payment has been made, and waive any complaints.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
