Before the health benefits of hemp were discovered, it was used for its strong and durable fibers. It is quite similar to the fiber obtained from flax. 🌿

Throughout history, hemp has been used extensively across the world for paper, fabrics and even medicines. The oldest hemp item that has been recovered belonged to a civilization called the Gravettian people, who lived in what is now known as Spain and Russia. 📖

Hemp is a highly sustainable crop 🌱. It grows very fast. Also, it plays a role in restoring soil fertility. This crop regenerates quickly and, unlike many crops, requires no chemicals to support its growth. Hemp is also a natural air purifier. It captures carbon in the air, thereby leaving us cleaner air to breathe in. 🌍

Did you know that almost 70% of all clothes in the world are made of plastic? Just look in your wardrobe and check some labels for nylon, polyester and acrylic. 🏭🌡️

Clothes – especially fast fashion – are made of these cheap plastic materials. While wearing or washing, these clothes shed tiny plastic particles that end up in the environment, in animals and even in our bodies. The evidence keeps piling up: these particles make us sick.

It's up to the manufacturers to offer quality, plastic-free clothes, but you can also make a difference as a consumer. A new item might give you a brief feel-good moment, but after about five washes it can be trashed.
There are many ways to make conscious choices for your wardrobe. More and more brands offer clothes made from sustainable materials. You do pay a bit more, though. We are so used to bargain prices that we must make a mental switch.
If you think about it: a new dress for €12.50, how?! Remember: there is always someone paying the real price.

Jeste li znali da je gotovo 70% sve odjeće na svijetu napravljeno od plastike? Samo pogledajte u svoj ormar i provjerite neke oznake za najlon, poliester i akril. 🏭🌡️

Odjeća – posebno brza moda – izrađena je od ovih jeftinih "plastičnih" materijala. Tijekom nošenja ili pranja ova odjeća odbacuje sitne plastične čestice koje završavaju u okolišu, u životinjama, pa čak i u našim tijelima. Dokazi se gomilaju: te nas čestice čine bolesnima.
Na proizvođačima je da ponude kvalitetnu odjeću bez plastike, ali i vi kao potrošači možete napraviti razliku. Novi predmet može vam dati kratak trenutak zadovoljstva, ali nakon otprilike pet pranja može se baciti u smeće.
Postoji mnogo načina da napravite svjestan izbor za svoju garderobu. Sve više brendova nudi odjeću izrađenu od održivih materijala. Ipak, platićete ih malo više. Toliko smo navikli na povoljne cijene da se moramo mentalno promijeniti.
Ako bolje razmislite: nova haljina za 12,50 €, kako?! Zapamtite: uvijek postoji neko ko plaća pravu cijenu.

In particular, orange fiber, banana fiber, aloe fiber and others. We also use NFC (Near Field Communication) tags instead of conventional sewn-in labels as well as paper labels and compostable recycled paper packaging with plant seeds.
