General Terms:
- Loss or Theft: Magbago Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please treat them like cash.
- Currency: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can only be purchased in EUR on our site, www.magbago.com.
- Card Payments: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to pay any Magbago credit card account.
- Currency Conversion: Purchases of merchandise in any other currency will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of payment.
- Expiration: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards have no expiration date. However, the card becomes invalid once the balance has been fully used. There is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for an extended period.
- Prohibited Use: Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.
E-Gift Card Terms:
- Delivery: E-Gift Cards are sent via email on the day you choose, upon payment approval.
- Future Delivery Date: If you choose a future delivery date, your payment card will not be billed until the date the E-Gift Card is sent.
- Recipient Notification: You will receive a copy of the E-Gift Card email when it is sent to your recipient.
- Returns: When returning merchandise purchased online using an E-Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued with code.
- Non-Delivery: If the recipient did not receive their E-Gift Card, please contact us at contact@magbago.com.
Gift Card Terms:
- Returns: When returning merchandise purchased online using a Gift Card, a new E-Gift Card will be issued with code.
- Shipping: Standard shipping for E – Gift Cards is free.
